Booking through Caterer's Canvas requires a 20% deposit to lock in your event date, Artist, and full professional team. The balance is due 72 hours before your event.

We recommend booking at least 14 days in advance for private dinners and 21+ days for corporate or large-scale events. For peak season summer dates, earlier is always better.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before your event receive a full deposit refund. Within 7 days, the deposit is non-refundable but can be applied as credit toward a future booking. Rescheduling is always accommodated with no fee when given 72+ hours notice.
Absolutely. Every Artist on the platform offers customization options — dietary accommodations, substitutions, and bespoke additions are all handled through your booking interface. Your Lead Curator can also coordinate directly with the Artist kitchen for fully custom requests.
Your Expediters are your white-glove floor team. They arrive ahead of guests, handle setup and table service, manage the pace of courses with your Lead Curator, and ensure your guests want for nothing throughout the event. Think of them as a dedicated team of event professionals deployed to your home or venue.
