Two Ways to Complete Your BGC.
All Collective members must complete a background check before being activated on the platform. We offer two paths — choose what works best for you.
Upload an Existing Check
If you already have a government-issued background check (PDF, JPG, or PNG), upload it during onboarding. Our admin team will review and approve it within 24–48 hours.
Status shows as "Pending Admin Review" until approved. No charge for uploads.
Complete One Through the Platform
Complete your background check directly through the platform via Stripe Identity Verification. Fast, secure, and integrated into your onboarding flow.
One-time $30 fee. Covers identity verification and background screening.

Submit your application with your background, role preference, and availability. We review every application individually — we are selective, and that's what makes the Collective premium.
Complete Your Background Check
All Collective members must complete a background check before receiving any booking access. You can upload an existing check (subject to admin review) or complete one directly through the platform via Stripe Identity.
Complete Onboarding
Sign your role agreement, review the Collective handbook, and pass a short compliance quiz. Role-specific onboarding is fast and fully digital.
Access the Bid Board
Once activated, you'll have access to the Professional Bid Board — a live marketplace of upcoming events. Browse gigs by date, location, pay, and event type. Accept what works for you.
